PARTICIPATION FEES

The price information in the detailed description of the respective offer is valid. Depending on the format, venue and catering options, additional costs may arise.

REGISTRATION

Registration via website or by e-mail is binding. Offers are usually made for groups of 5 or more participants. After your registration you will receive a confirmation of registration, approx. 4 weeks before the event you will receive the invoice by e-mail, therefore we ask you to provide a valid e-mail address.

DUE DATE OF THE INVOICE

The participation fees are due upon receipt of invoice. As the number of participants in our training courses is limited, we take the order of receipt into account when registering.

DATA PROCESSING AND PRIVACY

Your data will be electronically processed for order processing in accordance with the Data Protection Act.

CANCELLATION

You can cancel your registration free of charge up to 8 weeks before the first day of an educational programme. Please note that this also applies to offers with several dates over a longer period. If you cancel within 8 – 4 weeks, 50% of the participation fees are due and from four weeks before the first day of a booked educational offer, 100% of the participation fees are due. The naming of a substitute participant is possible free of charge. Just contact us if your plans have changed and we will find a solution together.

PREVENTION

If the event cannot take place on the specified date for a reason for which the organizer is responsible or because the minimum number of participants has not been reached, we will name an alternative date.
