Johanna Klapfer is primarily concerned with diversity and experiential education as an innovative methodological and theoretical approach to develop personal and social skills. In addition, she addresses issues of empowerment, communication and moderation. She supports young adults on their way to adulthood and employment. Building on her enormous empathy, motivation and enthusiasm, she acts in a solutions-driven manner and is able to induce constructive group processes and experiences to develop self-competence. As a coach, she focuses on relationship-building with her interlocutors as well as on the visualization of competencies, potentials and development options by way of examples from concrete life and work settings.
